We all have unique personalities that drive our preferences, communication styles, habits, priorities, and overall actions.  This session drills down the exploration of our commonalities and differences, diving into DISC theory.  Once we better understand ourselves, and then others, we can learn tips on how to apply techniques to express ourselves, empathize with others, and adjust accordingly to meet others where they are without sacrificing our own nature.
