Generative AI is the biggest change to everyday office work since email and the spreadsheet. Used well, it takes hours out of a working week. Used poorly, it produces generic text, wrong answers and wasted time. The difference comes down to a handful of skills that anyone can learn.
In this practical webinar, Hitesh Motwani, an Anthropic Claude Certified Trainer and author of Generative AI 360°, shows participants how to turn AI assistants into a genuine productivity partner. The session opens with a clear, jargon-free explanation of what Generative AI is good at, where it falls short, and how to choose between the leading tools.
From there it moves straight into live demonstrations across the tasks that fill most working days: writing and replying to emails, summarising long documents and meeting notes, preparing reports and presentations, brainstorming and planning, analysing data in Excel, and researching unfamiliar topics. Participants learn the TAGS_C prompting framework, a repeatable structure for prompts that return useful output the first time, and see how to build a personal prompt library and simple custom assistants for recurring work.
The session closes with the safeguards every professional needs: checking AI output for accuracy, protecting confidential and personal information, and knowing when a task should stay with a human. Attendees leave with ready-to-use prompts, a clear view of where AI will save them the most time, and a simple plan to make it a daily habit.
Most professionals now have access to at least one AI assistant, yet many still use it like a search engine and come away unimpressed. The gap is not the tool. It is knowing what to ask, how to ask it, and which parts of your day to hand over.
This session closes that gap. In 60 minutes you will see how to use ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot and Gemini to clear your inbox faster, prepare for meetings in minutes, draft documents and presentations, analyse spreadsheets without wrestling with formulas, and research topics with sources you can check.
Everything is demonstrated live on everyday work tasks, so you can copy the approach straight into your own job. You will also learn a simple prompting framework that makes results consistent, and the habits that keep your work accurate and your company's data safe. Whether you are new to AI or tried it and stalled, you will leave with a practical playbook you can use the same day.
